Your Habits Determine Your Progress
You got to where you are right now in your business because of the behaviors you had in the past. And if you want to take your business to new levels, you need to do different things. The problem is that over 95% of your daily behaviors and thoughts are based on habits created by your brain. And those habits were created from past experiences and past beliefs that simply may not serve you anymore.
In this episode, I talk about one way to change your future by adjusting the habits of today. This includes the habit of believing something is hard or the habit of putting yourself down when things go sideways. You can choose something different…intentionally.
